Para Mi Padre

My father sent American flags to each of his children after 9/11. I replied by making him this flag after redrafting the Mexican Star block for the field and using reds and whites for the stripes. He was a WWII veteran who earned his citizenship after fighting for this country. He died in February after neglecting the body that served him for so long. Rest in Peace.
