Tsunami

After the December 2004 tsunami, I was stunned by the loss of lives and devastation. Although I had no personal connection with the tragedy, I tried to imagine and capture the energy associated with such a destructive wave. Machine pieced commercial cottons; machine quilted, hand beaded.
