This is the 2nd in a series of quilts based on a 1969 set of 5 Israeli stamps designed by D. Ben Dov. It depicts the Israel Museum and the Shrine of the Book. Quilt is hand-appliquéd with some machine embellishment. It was displayed at the Spellman Museum of Stamps and Postal History, Weston, MA, from January to April, 2007 as part of the "Quilts & Stamps-Art by Design" exhibit. Machine Quilted.
