Quilt Show 2009 May 31, June 1 & 2

Registration Process – Please read carefully!
Thank you to Susan Monjan and Geri Barr who have stepped forward to offer their services as registration process coordinators.

NEW PROCESS: There will be two days of registration: Monday May 5, 2008 and Monday, September 15, 2008. At the May meeting, there will be a separate registration table for each workshop. To sign up, put your name on the clipboard list—and take one of the workshop tickets. There will be a checkout counter, where QC members (who have paid for the 2008-09 program year) can pay for workshop tickets with checks or cash.
Five spaces will be held per workshop for September registration. Registration tables will be ready by 6:30 PM on May 5 and September 15, 2008.

WORKSHOP COST
As you already know, QC workshops are a tremendous bargain over the cost of classes at shows and local quilt shops. Due to additional QC expenses, the Board has reluctantly raised the price of each class day by $5 to $40. As always, if there is an issue of financial need, please contact a member of the QC Board.
Program questions or concerns? Please contact Steffi Aronson Karp, QC Program.

Each workshop is all day, 9:00-4:00.
Each workshop will be open to non-members of QC one month before the date of the workshop. Non members are invited to apply on a wait list basis.

It is the responsibility of participants to check with the Program Committee regarding QC member waitlists if they cannot attend a class. Only if the waitlist has been satisfied may the space be offered to others.

Supply lists will be posted on the QC website when available. (If you do not have internet access, send a SASE to:
Steffi Aronson Karp, 458 Woodward Street, Waban, MA marked ATTN: QC Programs.)
